In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus №591, the following rules of entry and transit to/through Belarus apply:
When crossing the border, Tajik passport holder must have an original medical test (in Russian, Belarusian or English) confirming a negative PCR test for COVID-19. The test must be done no later than 72 hours before arriving in Belarus.

Passengers transiting through Minsk must have a ticket to their final destination, as well as a certificate of absence of COVID-19 (PCR-test).

All passengers must hold a certificate of a negative PCR COVID-19 test made not earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival in Tajikistan. Children under 3 years are excepted from providing any COVID-19 certificate.
