Charter flight from Istanbul

Dear passengers!

We inform you that on July 17, 2020 from Dushanbe-Istanbul and return a charter flight is scheduled. Tajik citizens will have the opportunity to expatriate from Turkey. Kindly note that Tajik citizens travelling from Istanbul to Dushanbe must be registered. Therefore, please apply for registration at the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Tajikistan in Turkey. Foreign citizens wish to travel on this service must have a permit issued by a Tajik mission to enter into the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. According to Istanbul airport requirements, passengers’ hand luggage is limited to a laptop, for ladies a handbag, and for children a small child bag. All other items must be checked in. Thus, the baggage allowance in the direction of Istanbul-Dushanbe may be 27 kg.

Citizens holding the necessary documents to enter into the territory of Turkey, including a valid visa (if required), medical insurance for the period of stay (insurance is welcome), can travel Dushanbe-Istanbul service. All transit passengers must have respective documents for transit in Istanbul including an entry permit of, and valid tickets to the country of their final destination.

All passengers are required to wear face masks and disposable gloves at the airport and on board. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, all passengers must pass a Covid-19 symptom test and fill in a 'passenger locator' form. If the Covid-19 test is positive, the passenger receives locale treatment at their own expense or at the expense of the medical insurance company.

Departure time from Dushanbe is 06:20h, and from Istanbul – 10:05h local time.
