MEMORANDUM SIGNED BETWEEN SOMON AIR AND HANS BIOTECH

In Dushanbe, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Somon Air and Hans Biotech Company for Tajik and South Korean citizens to travel between Tajikistan and South Korea for business and tourism purposes. The document was signed by Somon Air CEO, Mr. Sukhrob Dzhuraev and by Hans Biotech CO-CEO Mr. Baekhee Han. According to the terms of the memorandum, Somon Air shall undertake to arrange air connectivity on sector Dushanbe-Tashkent-Dushanbe on a regular and charter basis, and Hans Biotech shall undertake to arrange air connectivity on sector Tashkent-Seoul-Tashkent on regular and charter flights of Asiana Airlines. Flights are expected to operate in the spring of 2022.

Somon Air CEO Sukhrob Dzhuraev noted: “Thanks to the Governments of the two states, good bilateral relations are developing between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea, and we are pleased to sign a memorandum, as this cooperation will allow establishing air connectivity between the two countries through convenient connecting flights. In addition, within the framework of code-sharing or interline commercial agreements with Asiana Airlines, for the convenience of our passengers, we intend to expand our route map".
