Dushanbe-Astana-Dushanbe

Somon Air began operating flights on a new route - Dushanbe-Astana-Dushanbe. On April, 2nd, before the inaugural flight, an official opening ceremony took place at Dushanbe International Airport with the participation of the management of Somon Air, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan, the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps, accredited in the Republic of Tajikistan. As noted, the new direction will give impetus to the development and strengthening of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, and passengers will be given the opportunity to make direct regular flights between the capitals of the two states.

Starting from April 19, the frequency of flights to Astana will be increased to two flights per week - on Tuesdays and Fridays.
